We are Spruce Design Build Co. and we help create and renovate custom spaces in the Kansas City area. Working with each individual client to achieve their dream home is our JAM! Sometimes that means just a kitchen remodel to gain more functional space or it could be an entire home teardown and start from scratch. Whatever your "remodel" looks like we would love to be a part of it!
